going bananas in pyjamas

do you think ur outrageous?

i always have. i always thought i was outrageous. the crazy wild one. but then i thought to myself.. wait a minute, what have i done that was really crazy, that makes me worthy of the label: outrageous??

nothing.

haha. its true. i say i am... but to be honest, i really am not. i dont have the guts to do crazy things, the guts to be embarassed, to make a fool of myself. not until last friday.

FRIDAY the 26th of October was PINK mufti day at school. mufti being u can wear ur own clothes to school. except pink. coz the school was holding a campaign for breast cancer.
so. this happens rarely. like we had ONE mufti this year. which is pretty gay. and we have to pay for mufti.
anyway. the point is.... erica karmun and gillian decided to be crazy. well, mostly they convinced me to. like i said, im a chicken.

yep. we went in pink pyjama pants. to school. to classes. in front of teachers and even in front of hot guys. we were laughed at. a fair bit. pointed and stared at. but it felt so awesome. coz i was doing something outrageous. and it was just gold. and if u think thats crazy. a bunch of guys in my year wore cheltenham (girls school) uniforms which were pink. boys wearing pink dresses. thats outrageous. and thats participation. theres one thing i love about australian schools. no1 gives a shit.

there u have it. something to alleviate my self-conciousness. its really not ALL about how u look. TWO great events to look forward to:

1. JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE CONCERT ON THE 1st OF NOVEMBER!!!! IN UR FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. YR 11 school camp. on 12th november. (rebecky's birthday =p)

and lets make it 3 events. 6 more weeks to malaysia. hell the-mutha-fkin yeh.

peace out.

back to school

BOO

after two weeks of awesome holidays...

i had to regain consciousness. wake up from my lil dream. lala land that saw me side by side neil and kameron from (so you think you can dance).
reality smack bang. kapoww. sppeesssh. back into me.
oooo i love being dramatic. =)

what i really meant to say was... yes, wonderful school beckons yet again. 10 weeks of school till the next holidays. this time im not saying "thats it. my life has ended". actually, im kindda into the whole education thing. (yeh sure. for now u are, gillian)

year 12. im in it. it starts this term. and its darn scary. i cant believe ill be doing my HSC next year. this is fkin intense. no joke. its do or die. bring it or beat it. im talking uni the year after. sheessh the whole thought of it gives me goosebumps. like the time i watched sincity. aw man, that was nasty.

alot is ahead of me. i know. ive been really confused with my subject choices. uni choices. all that stuff. but it really kindda hit me. that this is it. time to grow up. responsibilities are growing mountain-eous. =)

but hey. my motivation right now... is the 8 weeks till my sweet escape. sweet home malaysia-bama. the thought of it makes me wanna.............................. everything!
so. watch out. im about to blow ur minds when i get back.

till then, and after that... sigh my whole year will be dedicated to libraries, microsoft word, bandaids on my fingers and lots of candy. great. my turn.

make the most of education

because its important. education.
so i heard.

well, on friday, yolanda and annie decided to go to Nicholson Museum for their ancient history research thingamajig.i decided to tag along. coz i wanted to. =)

it turned out to be heaps of fun. we saw lots of mummified bodies and limbs. which freaked me out coz i kept imagining it reaching out to grab me. i swear i saw things moving in there.

all the ancient artifacts were so detailed. and to imagine that they created all that without technology is absolutely fascinating. the greeks, egyptians, romans, persians. i honestly believe that ALIENS bulit all those pyramids in egypt. no one can convince me that humans did it.

it was a deceased head. mummified. if u've seen troy.. u'll know what i mean when i say i saw coins placed over their eyes. how mad.

so the museum was at sydney uni. well, thats what they called it. to me, it was freakin HOGWARTS!!! homg.. it was so cool. i saw myself standing next to harry, with my gold and red gryffindor scarf and a firebolt in my hand. really nice building.

yolanda and gillian wannabe uni students sitting by the corridors looking cool. i cant wait for uni. hot ppl go to uni. =) thus, education is important. so, make the most of it

( the pretenders - i'll stand by you)

BOO
today was a day of mourning.
screams echoed in the hallway as i stood up from bed, my heart thumping hard.

i glanced at my clock. 10.04am
everything looked the same. i assured myself that it was just a dream.
a high-pitched yell jolted me once more.

this time, i ran out of bed, my hair in my face.
pushed the door open and ran to the backyard
where i found julia sitting on the ground, peppy seized at the collar.

there it lay.
helpless and obscure.
"i think he's dead"

frankenstien, our friendly-backyard-blue-tonged-fkin-huge lizard. murdered.

the assassin. we suspect the convicted had planned this assassination thoroughly, however was too impatient in his execution. peppy was sentenced to 3 hours imprisonment. remorse was clear in his expression.
