lets see.....
ive been here for 5 months, cried my eyes out most of those times, experienced the first day of a new school, and am making a ton of new friends.
what exactly have i gained from this rebellious decision of mine to come to a complete foreign country to live?
1. to learn to live with someone else. omg. its so much harder than u think. stick with ur parents. their the best =)
2. to work. -at my aunt's restaurant during the weekends.
3. to see the true sides if ppl. the good and the ugly sides.
4. to speak with an aussie accent. G'day!
5. to take public transport. bus to school and train to anywhere else.
6. to walk. and i mean walk to the places u want to go. looooonnng walks.
7. to sew a button
8. to cook baked beans, fried eggs and toasts without burning the house down.
9. to do housework. lots and lots of housework.
10. to appreciate family, friends and home.
11. to not judge someone u meet.
12. to feel judged.
13. to regret and cry.
14. to look forward and seize the day.
15. to experience winter with ugg boots, jackets, hats and scarves
16. to have a budget.
17. to make my first booking for an airflight back to Kuala Lumpur!
the ups and the downs, this experience has given me emotional rollercoasters. all i can do now is to look to the future, live in the present. dream the impossible true and live life to the fullest. no regrets.

if i dwell on all the bad things in life, ill forget to look at the good things... so thats me making chores fun.
im growing in strength and maturity. growing in knowledge and experience. its worth it all.
owh and thanks alot to all those ppl who posted stuff about IU. makes me feel a whole lot better. sigh.

And the freak thing is lol ...........i know what ur going thru......and it makes me feel a bit better that someone else is going thru the same thing....not that i want someone else to suffer but.....it encourages me to try and make life better for myself.
Our situations are somewhat similar...yet somewhat not...hehe.
